二、申请人的资格要求

2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

(a)满足《****点击查看政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

4、现场管理机构拟派人员要求：5人（含）以上，须包含园林项目负责人、安全员、质量员、材料员、中级园林绿化工（班组负责人）各1名，上述人员均应为企业在职人员须提供近三个月中任意一个月的企业缴纳社保证明；
5、园林绿化项目负责人须具有园林专业中级职称及以上、**市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子卡；
6、磋商文件所涉及的园林专业是指: 园林(园林规划设计、园林植物、风景园林、园林绿化、绿化林业等)、园艺、城市规划、景观、植物(含植保、森保等) 、环境艺术、风景旅游等专业；

8、本项目不允许转包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. In accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration Government Procurement";
2. Not included in the list of "Dishonest Persons", the list of major tax violations, or the list of serious dishonest in government procurement on "Credit China" (www.****点击查看.cn) and the China Government Procurement Network (www.****点击查看.) from January 1, 2022 to the present;
3. Must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law the territory of our country (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name);

The proposed personnel for the on-site management organization shall be required: more than 5 people (including), must include a person in charge of the horticultural project, a safety officer, a quality officer, a material officer, and a middle-level horticultural greening worker (team leader), each of the above personnel shall b
