简要规则描述：本工程建设内容为合庆镇勤奋村、**村、前哨村、向东村、**村、青四村、春雷村、青三村、大星村等9个村区域生态清洁小流域河道综合整治工程绿化搬迁工程，主要工作内容包括移除水杉、垂柳、构树、桑树等乔木；移除棕榈、夹竹桃等灌木；移除芦苇、再力花；移植女贞、香樟、广玉兰、朴树、桂花、竹子、红叶石楠球、卫矛球等苗木。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸。）

Brief Specification Description: The construction content of this project is the greening and relocation project for the comprehensive improvement of ecological clean small watershed rivers in 9 village areas, including Qinqin Village, Chaoyang Village, Qianshao Village, Xiangdong Village, Youyi Village, Qingxi Village, Chunlei Village, Qingshan Village, Daxing Village, etc. in Heqing Town. The main work includes the removal of trees such as water spruce, weeping willow, mulberry tree, and mulberry tree; Remove shrubs such as palms and oleander; Remove reeds and regrow flowers; Transplant seedlings such as Ligustrum lucidum, Camphor tree, Magnolia grandiflorus, Camphor tree, Osmanthus fragrans, Bamboo, Red leaved Nanboku, and Euonymus japonicus. 2）*岗位不得同时兼任两个及以上项目,须具有**市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子信息卡，且无在建项目记录；
3）本竞争性磋商文件所涉及的园林专业是指：园林（园林规划设计、园林植物、风景园林、园林绿化、绿化林业等）、园艺、城市规划、景观、植物（含植保、森保等）、环境艺术、风景旅游等专业；
