(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) Has not been listed on the 'Credit China' (www.****点击查看.cn) or the China Government Procurement Network (www.****点击查看.cn) as a dishonest person subject to enforcement, a party to a major tax violation case, or a record of serious illegal and untrustworthy behavior in government procurement. (2) Construction enterprises engaged in urban landscaping projects must hold a valid business license. The project management team on the construction site should match the scale of the project, with a minimum of 5 people (inclusive) based on the actual situation of the project, and must include one person each as the landscaping project leader, safety officer, quality officer, materials officer, and intermediate landscaping worker (team leader). (3) This project is open to procurement from small, medium, and micro-sized enterprises. (Welfare units for disabled persons and prison enterprises are treated as small or micro-sized enterprises.)
