简要规则描述：本项目建设地点位于高东镇园二路杨园体育公园，共计约12724平方米，半圆形剧场面积接近2000平方米。由于周边缺乏绿化，吵民严重；剧场外围弧形廊架锈蚀破损，存在安全隐患；主园路积水严重，铺装破损，不便于日常使用；次入口健身空间较为局促，健身设施地面为硬质石材，存在安全隐患；中心广场周边地表露土，全园缺乏儿童活动场地。为了更好的方便市民使用，满足市民需求，公园在保留原有篮球天地和卫生间情况下，调整主园路，优****点击查看广场，新增儿童乐园、四季花园，提升居民的满意度，故拟实施杨园体育公园改造工程。施工内容：①拆除工程：原地坪拆除，种植土回填，原附属设施拆除清运； ②铺装工程：混凝土立侧石，宽步道改造及**（沥青混凝土面层），石英砖步道**及改造，塑胶铺装**、改造（含划线），花岗岩铺装，**广场台阶；③设施小品及配套工程：**座椅，**花坛，**儿童配套设施，安装垃圾箱和标识牌，**广场廊架； ④绿化工程：绿化种植，原绿化移植，营养土填充；⑤排水和电气工程：**雨水口，开挖线性排水沟和排管，**塑料井，安装照明设施。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单及图纸）。
